About This Site
Hi, welcome to my blog. It has been said that the worst part about buying a vehicle is “buying the vehicle”. Am I paying too much? Is this the best deal? Is this used car worth it? No other industry comes close to the Automotive Industries reputation of being less than honest or trustworthy when it comes to a customers buying experience. I created this blog to provide a place for my clients and potential clients to ask questions, talk and converse. Of course my clients do have a life and are not constantly monitoring this site. However, I encourage anyone to post their own thoughts about the experience they had dealing with me so that you may judge for yourself whether I am worthy of earning your trust and be “your car guy”. I am a recently new owner of an amazing Pontiac Grand Prix all thanks to Wayne Russell. For a first time car buyer, Wayne made me feel soo comfortable buying a car with his great knowledge, charismatic, and enthusiastic approach on car buying. I must say that it has been the first time that my dealings with Wayne Russell from Highland has been an delight and will be a pleasure to continue to do business with in the future, When I purchased a new 08 CTS there was no mistaking the fact that Wayne new his product and was more then willing to make sure that I was totally comfortable with the vehicle before purchasing it, and the follow up call’s regarding the satisfaction of the car has be exceptional.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Highland in the last year and a half and Wayne has handled all 3 deals. We purchased an Optra in Sept of 2006 as a second car and then replaced our van with an Equinox in Dec 2007. Unfortunately the Optra was involved in an accident in Jan of 2008 and we had to replace that with a Cobalt. Wayne’s first response on hearing about the accident was “Was everyone OK?” He still phones to ask how our son is doing after the accident. He was not the least bit worried about the car but about how we were doing. He said that when we were ready to think about a replacemet for the Optra that he would be here for us. When we were ready to look, he brought a couple of cars in out of the snow, had them all cleaned up and parked in the heated serivce area for us to look over. You will not find a more caring honest person in this town from whom to purchase your new vehicle. I have never been so satisfied with the purchase of cars as I have been with Wayne’s expert service
